Happy Birthday T-Baby!

Admist all of the Matthew coming home festivities, my older sister, Tarin had a birthday. It was such a fun day, I loved getting to spend it with her!! We went for a run that morning and then had the annual birthday lunch with Grandma Haines (the kids loved joining us). Then we enjoyed a full-days labor of hard work from Marc and Adam on Tarin's Birthday Dinner. The menu included: 
4 different types of salsas
Chile Relleno
Juevos Rancheros
3 different types of Tacos (Al Pastor, Carne Asada and Carnitas)
Ceviche
Guacamole and home-made chips
Rice & beans
Oh, and Adam's famous chocolate mousse for dessert! It was AMAZING!!

My parents weren't back from getting Matthew for Tarin's birthday dinner, so we had cake the next day when they were here:

The birthday celebrations haven't ended yet either -- my parents bought Tarin and Marc plane tickets to come visit us in CHICAGO for their birthdays!! They are coming to town next weekend! I am so excited to spend some extra time with them and celebrate!!
